- Order Processing: Each bespoke item is crafted upon order. Please allow 1-7 working days for us to create and prepare your items for shipping, depending on the availability of raw materials.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
